Why was my order changed?
Due to logistics issues, some of our products are for Australian customers only, e.g. Indoor plants, or may only have Australian stock. So we will remove these from international orders.

Can I pay in USD or another currency?
Yes, we currently support payments in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, NZD, SGD, and more. This saves the customer from conversion costs and us from additional transaction fees!
The price is converted in real-time at the most accurate exchange rate when you checkout.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver most of our items from within Australia, all Australian orders are shipped for free. Shipping times are typically 4-7 business days, and up to 3 days to process your order.
Internationally, we provide stable and consistent shipping via air freight. Shipping time is between 9-18 business days, and varies depending on availability of stock. We will often have our manufacturers deliver directly from the factory, especially if your order is urgent.
We are working to ensure timely delivery of your orders. We appreciate your understanding as there may delay in product delivery for international customers.

If you can't find the tracking code in the emails we have sent to you, then feel free to contact us with your order number, and we will happily notify you of your shipping time.

Can I return an item?
We have a 90 day return policy for all products from the date of product purchase. If you are not happy with the product or you have changed your mind, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Please note that we do ask you to bear the cost of returning the product, and if the product is not in the condition it was when you received it or if there are missing parts, then we may refuse your application for a refund.

Does the product I have bought come with a warranty?
Yes. At SkyValleys we provide a 12-month warranty period on all products. As a retailer, we don't have much control over quality assurance, but it is important to us that we only promote the best, as such we put our money where our mouth is. Manufacturer Warranties may also be applicable depending on your item. First, contact us by email to notify us of your product not working as desired. For full details on this, please see our returns policy. We will provide you with a return address and we will assess the product and then send out a replacement ASAP.
We do ask that you bear the cost of returning the product to us. In the case that we do not find any clear problems with the product, your request for a refund may be denied.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you have a change of address or similar request while the product is being sent to you, then please contact us. We strive to be as helpful as possible and will endeavour to find a suitable solution.

Where are your products made?
We ship most of our items from warehouses within Australia. Materials for our products are from all over the world while the majority of manufacturing is in China, with some in Australia. For international orders (Europe, North America, Asia, South America) we will ship directly from our manufacturers in China or Turkey.
There isn't a product you buy from us that we haven't used and tested ourselves. We are big believers in the solutions we provide and in giving you a great experience along the way.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Whoops! There's a few reasons why a product may not reach you. While the likelihood of this happening is low, please send us an email to notify us and we will be sure to help find a solution.
